"Above and Again" begins by feeding an image of a "place" — IKEA, a pool, Europe — into an algorithm. The algorithm produced a similar looking image, which I fed back in repeatedly until the original image was totally unrecognizable or had deteriorated entirely. Omitting the initial image, I showcased the set on this site, where randomized variables like size and opacity create a unique display every time it loads.
